Sounds weird, but tiny hairs in your ear actually help you hear everything around you. There are tiny hair cells with tiny bristles in the inner ear and they kind of "brush" against sensory cells which help detect sound. When you get older, some of these hairs fall out, so it’s harder to hear things. But in a hairless world, we’d all be deaf! What else would be different if we had no hair?
