Bench Coach Derek Shelton joins Cory Provus for this week’s “Inside Twins” as they look back on a “Statement Saturday” from the Twins. Having to piece together 2 bullpen games, the Twins used a 2-run homer from Jorge Polanco to defeat Mike Clevinger in the first game and Miguel Sano’s 8th-inning grand slam in game two to sweep the doubleheader in Cleveland. The daily double reduced the Twins magic number to 9 games. Shelton also discusses some controversial comments Clevinger made after yesterday’s first game. That and more on this week’s show.
