The World Series is over, the Astros are champs and as far as we here at Yankees Magazine are concerned, that means that the road to the 2023 title is upon us. This week, MLB.com’s Bryan Hoch stops by to chat with Yankees Magazine deputy editor Jon Schwartz about what the offseason schedule is going to look like, and when fans can expect to start hearing some hot stove news. Plus, Hoch drops a hot tip about a new book that he’s writing.

We’re back with another episode of the Yankees Magazine Podcast, with a conversation about editor in chief Al Santasiere’s trip to Los Angeles for the MLB All-Star Game, and what the team’s six delegates to the midsummer spectacular say about the season as a whole. Plus, Al and Jon Schwartz chat about Jon’s piece on the team’s stable of 10-year veterans, and what that milestone means in the life of a baseball player.

If you go back 16 months, no one in their right mind would have guessed that Lucas Luetge would be a part of that equation, yet here we are.
