Anthony shares what it means to build a program into a perennial tournament team and talks about the biggest thing he looks at for his team's performance at the end of halves. I don't know if I've been around a more positive person in college basketball than Evan Battey. What a great dude he is and he has a remarkable story. From suffering a stroke to being a pro ball player in Bulgaria. Evan shares his relationship with Tad Boyle, we dive into the culture that he helped set and really examine why he's one of the most beloved athletes to ever play in Boulder. Then we end it with YOAF.

A man who has had so much success in coaching college hoops came on to our podcast to talk shop. It's pretty sweet. Great episode today as we sat down with Assistant Coach for the Portland Pilots, Jeremy Pope. Let me tell ya, this guy can NETWORK! But above all else he's where he's at because of his great coaching ability. We talk about his journey, his relationship with Mike Hopkins, his coaching tenure at Boeheim's army and of course this upcoming season for Portland. We can a closer look at Shantay Legans and circle our calendars for the Phil Knight invitational where Portland will play the national runner up Tar Heels. We had a lot of fun with this one! We were lucky enough to get an Assistant Coach for the upstart Wyoming Cowboys and his name is Marc Rodgers. We dive into his journey through coaching and then really peel back the layers of last season for the Cowboys. They entered the season with 8th place expectations in conference. They ended up in the tournament. We also talk about the 3 LA transfers that they landed and how those guys with the returning pieces make Wyoming a dangerous squad next year. Then we end it with Where Am I?!

What a fun episode today as we sat down with member of the Razorback's coaching staff, Reuben Williams. He shares his journey from player to coach, how he ended up in Fayetteville and gives us the real look into Muss. We also talk about the legend of Ronnie Brewer, the future in Nick Smith and which venue he's most stoked to visit next year. Arkansas is going to be a titan of a team so we may be looking back on this episode if and when they get to the Final 4. Last but not least we end it with Hugs.

Really hilarious interview with Xavier's Director Of Recruiting, Ryan Anderson. He takes us into the recruiting process as a kid from Long Beach (make sure you know he's from Long Beach) all the way to Chestnut Hill. He also gives us a surprising name that influenced his basketball love. Then Ryan takes us into his toughest matchup in The Dean Dome and what kind of interview would it really be if the head coach of Xavier, Sean Miller, didn't call in to interrupt. Really terrific stuff from Ryan. I also give a hug to The Shark and end the show on TWIT.

We welcome back great friend of the program, David Miller! He shares what it's like having to adjust to a new school while juggling recruiting, player development and literally finding a home. We talk about Xavier's new regime and also how instrumental Nunge, Kunkel and Freemantle will be for the Musketeers next year. We also talk about a big transfer that he thinks will pop off and will be a household name and the Colby Jones hype. I also had to give a shout out to my guys Taylor, The Shark and Logue for huge achievements in their lives and we end it on a bit of trivia.

Really fun interview here with the host of The Sleepers podcast and the Unscripted Podcast, Carter Elliott. He shares tons of stories spanning from his days at Detroit Country Day High School to his latest trip down to NOLA covering the Final 4. He also has a surprise omission from his favorite college's all time starting 5. We also talk about NIL and the transfer portal. Carter was a blast to have on and gave some terrific perspective from a player standpoint and media standpoint. We also have First 4 out ONLY and bring back TWIT. Oh also the Celtics shat themselves so I bookend the episode being miserable. Deal with it.

First episode of the offseason was an absolute doozy. What a true treat it was being able to interview a 4 time Big 12 regular season champ, Landen Lucas. He shares some terrific insight and stories regarding Bill Self, Andrew Wiggins & Joel Embiid. Then he talks about this current Jayhawk team and some of his experiences watching this Final 4. We wrap up the 2021-2022 season the only way we know how: with Along Came Polly quotes and Guster. It was a memorable weekend in the Big Easy so we discussed the Duke/UNC semifinal and the coronation of the Jayhawks. Nobody actually cared to hear our thoughts on Kansas/Villanova, right? That was a complete bloodbath. Then we give Taylor and Shark their props for excelling in their own right. What a fantastic first weekend of the NCAA tournament. Fans were back, teams collapsing, teams hitting big time shots, huge dunks and of course controversy. We kick off the program discussing our schools first: Tennessee and Arizona. Then we pivot to the darling of the tournament, Saint Peters. From there we recap some other fun games and big storylines including the natural disaster matchup between Iowa State & Miami (how the hell is one of those teams going to the Elite 8)? We also talk Wisconsin's egregious loss, PC cramming it up America's cramhole and Duke. Can't wait for the Sweet 16!
