The initial AP Preseason Top 25 was released and some notable teams are discussed, as well as some daunting schedules ahead of the top two teams in the country. Michigan State head coach Tom Izzo has contracted Coronavirus and Taylor discusses how that situation might impact other teams throughout the season. Referee Ted Valentine made comments about how he referees games in loud arenas and names a few of his favorites to which our host has nome not-so-positive thoughts on. Resident Duke fan Cody Hoxie is brought in to discuss his view on the college basketball season, Duke's outlook and some notes on the ACC. Where Am I? and a hug to Wisconsin-great JD Wise round out the program.</p>

Zak and Sam are joined by Keith Parish, host of multiple Nashville-based NBA podcasts (Fastbreak Breakfast & Grits and Grinds). They cover down on Keith’s favorite Grizzlies memories, Buddy Hield trades, Brandon Clarke ceiling, and the bucket list experience that is the NBA Summer League.

In this episode, The Backdoor Cut Crew gives their season grades for Grizzlies Head Coach, Taylor Jenkins. Afterwards they provide updates on key offseason dates and give their thoughts on how it will take place. They close the show with mock drafting the top 3 picks for November's NBA Draft. 

A lot happened in the college basketball world especially as it pertains to head coaches. We discuss Pat Chamber's resigning after Penn State conducted their internal investigation. We then make our way to the Pac 12 to discuss Arizona's notice of allegations and what the future holds for the program and Sean Miller. Does your favorite team have insane local beat writers? Pretty sure in every sport there's a few so we highlight some of them. Then we discuss the scheduling issues with Disney as a venue vs. Mohegan Sun. Finally we wrap it up with Where Am I? and Hugs.

The guys discuss their priorities for the 2020 Grizzlies 2020 offseason as we head into the NBA Draft and Free Agency. They agree on a lot, but can't seem to get on the same page when it comes to trading for a star.

The Shark kicks us off with an epic diatribe aiming his vitriol at the Washington Football Team and McCarran Airport. We discuss the new allegations re: Greg Marshall and his time at Winthrop and wonder if there's another coach more likely to make a scene at his kid's birthday party. We also discuss Silvio De Sousa's departure from Kansas and what it means for him and the team moving forward. Then we address our Northeastern roots and discuss UMass as they've been hit with a 2 year probation. It always seems like the small schools get pinched while the big boys do not. Real shame. We then offer our thoughts on some teams that will be vastly improved entering next year. We started the show pretty negatively so we had to end on a positive note: Hugs.

The Shark makes his regular season debut as we dive into the Gregg Marshall allegations and what this means for the head coach and the program. Then we take a look at some familiar coaches in not so familiar places. We also discuss the Marquette jersey disappointment, Evan Wessel and how we're just like Good Luck Chuck. Finally we end it with Hugs.

Our very own Lakers fan, Rich, basks in the glory of another championship in Hollywood, buries the Clippers, and crowns his GOAT....and that's just in the first 5 minutes! Mason and Sam join to praise both the Lakers and Heat and discuss what these teams may look like moving forward and much more. 

You know when Vince Vaughn is trying to convince Owen Wilson to go to the Cleary wedding in Wedding Crashers and it takes some time but ultimately Wilson obliges then Vince Vaughn slaps the chair and says "HE'S BACK!" Well that's basically what we said to one another as we recorded this. We're back with our weekly installment of episodes and we actually have a season to talk about. But first, we had to tackle some offseason topics and catch up with newly minted Best Friend of the Program, Mike Burgomaster. Taylor also gets quizzed on the transfers that happened this offseason, we talk the Bluegrass State Beef and look forward to a delectable non conference game that you should be pavloving for. Finally we finish up with hugs.

The slate is set for the NBA Finals bubble and the guys give their picks. They also talk young cores in the league and debate if Boston will ever reach their full potential.

Tough to argue these to be honest. We also welcome to the program for the first time, Rachael Pancakes to discuss her alma mater's place on this list. Rich (@Watchu__Mead) and Mason (@barnburnerslim) chop it up following AD's game winner over the Nuggets. They hit on Joe Cowley not voting Ja Morant for ROTY, and his piss poor reasoning. They also talk about the Conference Finals matchups and update their series predictions. 

The crew gets together to discuss the Elite Eight of the NBA, take a look ahead to the Conference Finals, and talk about the Grizzlies new assistant coaches. 

We've reached the top 10, the creme de la creme (nice rhyme *Al Sharpton in Mr. Deeds*). The heavy hitters are officially here and some of their stats are wild. We're talking double digit final 4 appearances and numerous tournament berths. We're also joined by great friend of the program, Andrew Moynihan, to discuss his alma mater and their place on our list. We got some audible contributions from our work emails and our dogs as well.
