Krystal Lee Kenny, the key witness in the murder case of Kelsey Berreth, has had her sentence vacated. Kenney was sentenced to three years for her guilty plea for evidence tampering. Two Louisiana hero workers helped save a young girl from a registered sex offender. Sanitation worker Dion Merrick called police after he noticed a car matching the description and license plate of a vehicle listed in the AMBER Alert.
