Killer dad props DEAD Mommy on sofa with sungla...
A California man is convicted of murder after he propped his dead ex-wife on a couch during Christmas, telling their children that she was drunk while they opened presents. According to prosecutors, 26-year-old Za’Zell Preston died after Wallace physically beat her during a Christmas Eve argument. At the time, Wallace and Preston lived together with their newborn boy and Preston’s two daughters, ages three and eight. Heather Brown, the senior deputy district attorney in Orange County, told the court that on Christmas Day 2011, Wallace carried his wife’s body from their bedroom into the living room, where he propped her on the couch with sunglasses on. He then allegedly told his children that Preston “ruined Christmas” by getting intoxicated the night before. The children then opened their presents, unaware that their mother was deceased at the time. Investigators found blood throughout the apartment the OCR reports, along with a door ripped from the hinges and holes in the wall. Jessica Beauvais, 32, arrested after mowing down a police officer. 43-year-old Anastasios Tsakos was standing next to his patrol car, directing traffic around an earlier fatal crash on the Long Island Expressway. The force of the hit knocked Tsakos’s boots off, tossed him 30 to 40 feet in the air, and 100 feet further down the road. One of Tsakos’s legs was severed. The 14-year veteran of the New York Police Department has two young children. Beauvais told police she was on her way home from a studio where she’d recorded a podcast — a Facebook Livestream that saw her drinking shots. Beauvais confessed to smoking marijuana and drinking wine and tequila during the broadcast. Prosecutors said Beauvais’s blood-alcohol level was 0.15, nearly double the legal limit. Mommy's 'BIBLICAL DIET' kills baby boy
The death of a New York infant has been labeled a homicide. Pix11 reports that authorities were called to a home in October 2020, off of Liberty Avenue in Jamaica, about an unresponsive child. When deputies arrived, they found 7-month-old Kameri Garriques unconscious but with no signs of physical trauma. First responders rushed the infant to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Investigators said the baby appeared to be malnourished. As CrimeOnline reported, the child’s mother, Carla Garriques, 28, said that she kept him on a Biblical vegan diet and wasn’t “going to carry a fat a**child.” Garriques reportedly admitted that her baby was small for his age, but she claimed she, too, has always been small, adding that a vegan diet prevented her son from consuming “formula where it has chemicals in it.” Garriques told the New York Post that she did initially feed her son baby formula, but started the vegan diet after her son developed thrush. Garriques’ mother, who also spoke to the Post, interjected and said the baby was fed “fruits and vegetables…crushed with boiled potatoes.” Joining Nancy Grace today:Melissa Hoppmeyer - Chief, Special Victims & Family Violence Unit, Prince George's County State's Attorney's Office, Co-Founder of Right Response Consulting, "No Grey Zone" Podcast, www.rightresponseconsulting @NoGreyZoneRRCDr. Angela Arnold - Psychiatrist, Atlanta GA www.AngelaArnoldMD.comDr. Michelle Dupre - Forensic Pathologist and former Medical Examiner, Author: “Homicide Investigation Field Guide” & "Investigating Child Abuse Field Guide", Ret. Teen girl charges with knife, shot dead
Police in Columbus, Ohio, release more bodycam footage in the death of Ma’Khia Bryant. The 16-year-old was fatally shot by a police officer on Tuesday. Police previously released a body cam recording showing Officer Nicholas Reardon firing multiple shots at the teen girl, as she appears to be holding a knife and lunging at another female. Reardon shot Bryant just seconds after responding to a 911 call. The caller is heard saying, “It’s these grown girls over here trying to fight us, trying to stab us, trying to put their hands on our grandma … get here now!” The bodycam footage shows several people in front and in the driveway of a residence on the city’s Southwest Side. The new video footage obtained by WBNS shows a male kicking a female who had previously been shoved to the ground by Bryant, who is then seen in a physical confrontation with another female. Bryant appears t0 be holding a knife in her hand. An officer is heard asking, “What’s going on?” upon arriving at the scene; He's also heard saying “Hey, hey, get down!” before firing multiple shots at Bryant. Feds give perv EPSTEIN 'free pass' to keep mole...
Was Jeffrey Epstein given a reprieve from prosecution to continue molesting young girls? The allegation emerged in documents that were unsealed as part of the sex-trafficking case against Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s longtime associate. Maxwell allegedly took sexually explicit photographs of teenage girls and gave them to Jeffrey Epstein for his birthday. The records show that in February 2016, attorneys for one of Epstein’s victims, Virginia Giuffre, informed federal prosecutors that Maxwell had taken the images of the girl when she was just 16 years old. Epstein by this time had already pleaded guilty to prostitution under state law in Florida, but he had avoided federal charges under a non-prosecution agreement. Mother obsessed with conspiracies murders her 3...
A California woman accused of killing her three children, openly admits she drowned her kids. KGET 17 News spoke exclusively with 30-year-old Liliana Carrillo, at the Lerdo Pre-trial Facility. The children’s grandmother came home from work and found them dead inside a Reseda apartment. Carrillo had already fled the scene, but police caught up with her nearly 200 miles away. Carrillo explained that she did everything she could to protect the children from their father, Erik Denton. Denton filed papers with the courts saying Carrillo was suffering from mental health issues. A judge ultimately signed an emergency custody order, mandating that Carillo hand the children over to Denton. Carrillo reportedly believed she was protecting her children from being targets of a pedophile ring.
