Innocence Canada
Rob welcomes two guests from innocence Canada, Win Wahrer director of Client Services and Ron Dalton, exoneree. Ron was a bank manager whose wife, in 1988, choked to death. The local hospital pathologist had no forensic experience and ruled her death a homicide. Ron was arrested the next day and charged with murder. His daughter was just 6 years old. After 12 years fighting for his freedom, he got a second chance and was found innocent. He made it to his daughter’s high school graduation with 1 hour to spare.
