This year's Relay for Life has become a Relay at Home- a virtual event that will unite supporters across the country.  Relay At Home will show that no one in our communities has to face cancer alone.

Special Olympics Ontario kicks off first Virtual School Championships. Please pass along to any Special Olympic Canadian student athlete ages 13-21 to go to www.schoolchamps.ca to register and sign-up for various challenges over the next two weeks. Then join Special Olympics Ontario and us June 16-18 as we co-host the virtual games, announce the winners, and even hold a virtual dance for the students.

Tonight would have been the 28th 100+ Women Who Care Kingston meeting, they were unable to meet tonight, but that didn't stop them from highlighting a few organizations in our community that could use our support.  Thank you to Lindsay Duggan for joining us on the Fresh Morning Show.  In seven years, they have helped 27 charities and raised well over $500,000 for our local community.
