Game 3 was not what we wanted but as we’ve seen in the past, you can always have faith in this Mets team to come out and attack after a tough loss.

Jose Quintana has had two of the biggest starts of the Mets postseason so far and he credits a lot of success to fans at Citi Field bringing the energy!

The Mets head back to Citi Field with all the momentum, hope to see all of you there and hear Mets fans helping create, as Rob Thompson said … “a hostile environment”

Game 1 wasn’t the episode we wanted, but every team has a tough game and there’s no team better at responding to tough games than the Mets. Kodai Senga struggled early, the bats never truly woke up but Game 2 is a new day and the Mets are still in the perfect spot to head back to Citi Field with a split series on the back of Sean Manaea, who has stepped up as the Mets ace this year.

The Mets take a crazy Game 1 vs the NL 2nd place Phillies who like others, had the Mets backs up against a wall late in the game off a spectacular start from Zack Wheeler, but YET AGAIN, these never say die Mets show up when challenged. Although a leadoff Kyle Schwarber home run is a tough way to start a game, Kodai Senga shined after, and David Peterson picked up the ball to take the game all the way through a Reed Garret late appearance to keep the Phils off the board.
