Should the federal government fix this? Should the states or universities be responsible. Oregon has an interesting program. Purdue has the “Back a Boiler Program” and tuition freezes for 8 years and counting. Students sign up for tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands in debt. Eventually, we are all going to pay for it. The question is how and when.
