To You, We are Earthers. We live in a radical little town called Earthalujahville. We shout Earthalujah! as we walk down our imaginary streets. We're working on a manifesto, a living document as guidance while the 6th Extinction rolls over us. There is not much teaching on the subject in a consumer society. Possibly our country is self-censoring because we want to monetize extinction but can't sell it. Is that why public figures give the Sixth Extinction the silent treatment? So we make up our own rules for living as the physical environment collapses around us. Our beliefs come from the common sense that can flourish in an imaginary community. So let's talk. How do we do this? Our manifesto needs to be like a clearing in a forest, a living document that updates as instantaneously as actual life. The Earth's extinction is showing the way, with fire and virus and flood, every hour of every day to the end. Earthalujah!

The “end of life as we know it” is coming quickly, with the pandemic an early sampling.  There is a solution for us, but it means entering an unfathomable forest, a world.

Life has to be taken back, seized, re-possessed. Life is not negotiable. It is something we need. We need life, well, to LIVE.

The accelerating Sixth Extinction is all around us. We sense it but don’t admit it. It is governing our behavior. We dare not speak its name.

The most glorious social movements have a way of enforcing isolation on activists. We pixelate our way through the unjust wilderness and lock down - exhausted.

Chaos, corruption, finger-damning as the empire goes down. What is graceful and always remains in the heart of the capitol?

Is hatred forever?  Congress seems to say damn right.  But hatred is hard work.  A famous American puritanical distraction. And the Earth won't wait for us.
