Iachimo sneaks into Imogen’s bedroom while she sleeps and steals the bracelet Posthumus put on her wrist when they were married.

When King Cymbeline learns that his adopted son Posthumus has married his daughter, Imogen, against his wishes, he banishes him from Britain. Posthumus finds refuge with his father’s old friend Philario in Rome, where he meets a nobleman named Iachimo. When Posthumus tells Iachimo that Imogen is fairer than the fairest ladies in France, Iachimo bets that he can seduce her. Posthumus accepts the wager, staking the ring his wife gave him when they secretly exchanged vows.

This journey may have more twists than we thought.
