ABOUT DONNA JEAN GODCHAUX-MACKAY:Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Donna Jean Godchaux-MacKay was co-vocalist of the Grateful Dead in the 1970s creating a lasting impact on legendary songs such as “The Music Never Stopped,” “Cassidy,” “Mississippi Half-Step,” and “Playing in the Band” among others. But prior to her years in the Grateful Dead she was a 1960's session musician at the legendary Muscle Shoals Sound Studio in Alabama. He has been a member of major indie pop and punk bands, most notably Guided by Voices (1997-2004 and 2016 to present) helping lead the powerhouse indie rock gods fronted by the incomparable Bob Pollard to new heights, plus also as a member of Nada Surf, and in the past other great bands including Bambi Kino, Death of Samantha, and Cobra Verde and has also recorded with the likes of Neko Case, The Hold Steady, The Easthills and others. ABOUT BILL GIBSON: Bill Gibson began playing drums at age 7 and got his first drum kit at age 14. Bill joined the band Sound Hole and also played his first tour in 1974 backing up Van Morrison. Eventually, Bill and other members of Sound Hole joined with members of Clover to form Huey Lewis and the News. Since the band's inception Huey Lewis and the News have sold over 30 million albums and had 19 top ten hits including "The Power of Love", "If This Is It", "Heart & Soul", "I Want A New Drug", "Stuck With You", "Hip To Be Square", "The Heart Of Rock N' Roll", "Workin' For A Livin" and more. Their music earned them an Academy Award nomination and countless accolades throughout the years. The band was a staple on MTV in the 80's and 90's and were also a part of USA For Africa's "We Are The World" single. In 2020 Huey Lewis and the News released their long awaited album, Weather. ABOUT RUDY SARZO: Rudy Sarzo is a professional recording and worldwide performing artist with a career spanning nearly four decades. Rudy arrived in Los Angeles in the late 70's and was a member of Quiet Riot. In the early 80's Sarzo followed fellow Quiet Riot bandmate and guitarist Randy Rhoads as a member of Ozzy Osbourne’s band, where Rudy served from March 1981 to September 1982. Rudy toured the world in support of the “Blizzard of Ozz” and “Diary Of a Madman” records. Rudy’s bass playing can be heard on Ozzy’s multimillion selling subsequent live albums from those tours. In 2005, Rudy published the Kindle #1 Best Selling book, Off the Rails: Aboard the Crazy Train in the Blizzard of Ozz. As a member of again Quiet Riot, from September 1982 to January 1985, Rudy recorded the multi-platinum albums “Metal Health”, the first Heavy Metal debut to reach #1 on the Billboard charts and “Condition Critical”. During this period he headlined worldwide tours, appeared on numerous MTV videos and was voted #1 Bassist in Circus Magazine for 1983. Rudy was also a member of the reunited Quiet Riot, from May 1997 to August 2003. As a member of Whitesnake, from April 1987 to September 1994, Rudy recorded the multi-platinum album “Slip of the Tongue”. During this period he also performed worldwide on headline tours in support of the multiplatinum “1987” and “Slip of the Tongue” albums and appeared on 6 MTV videos. His recordings with Ozzy, Quiet Riot and Whitesnake alone combined have sold over 35 million copies worldwide. Since 2004 Rudy has not slowed down having served as a touring and recording member of multiple bands including Yngwie Malmsteen’s Rising Force, DIO, Blue Oyster Cult, Geoff Tate’s Queensryche and currently is a member of The Guess Who. His latest project is the band The Lickerish Quartet. Roger's arranging career began as early as 1989 when he began arranging string, brass, wind and vocal ensembles for his first band, Jellyfish, which he co-founded. Out of the ashes of Jellyfish arose his second co-founded project, Imperial Drag from 1994-97, which saw overwhelming overseas success, particularly in England and Japan. From 1995-97 he co-founded the all-vintage electronic duo known as The Moog Cookbook. This group was started solely as a means of having a forum to express its love for the bygone era of vintage synthesizers and exotic keyboards. Ultimately it became his calling card for longtime friend and collaborator, Beck Hansen. Roger began his over 20-year and still-active relationship as Beck’s sideman, touring the world and recording critically acclaimed albums. Not to mention work with other artists such as Fun!, Paramore and others. ABOUT BRUCE KULICK: Bruce Kulick became a guitar hero when he was asked to join KISS in 1984. As their lead guitarist, Kulick was featured in the band from ’84 until ’96, performing around the world in addition to his recordings and videos with the iconic band which during that time included "Tears Are Falling," "Forever," "Crazy, Crazy Nights," "Who Wants To Be Lonely," "Domino," "Unholy," "God Gave Rock and Roll To You," "Reason To Live," "Rise To It" and many more. During those years, he earned multiple Platinum and Gold records and video awards. In addition to his years in KISS, he toured or recorded with Meatloaf, Billy Squier, Michael Bolton, Avantasia, Lordi, UNION, and is featured on many other artists projects. Since 2000, Kulick has been the lead guitarist for Grand Funk Railroad, “The American Band”. The current version of Grand Funk is in its 20th year of touring. ABOUT STEVE HACKETT: Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee Steve Hackett is renowned as an immensely talented and innovative rock musician. He was lead guitarist with Genesis as part of their classic line up that included Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins, Tony Banks and Mike Rutherford, who produced six acclaimed studio albums and an EP during Steve's tenure from 1971-1977.  With Steve's extraordinary versatility in both his electric guitar playing and his composing, he involves influences from many genres, including Jazz, World Music and Blues. He is equally adept in his classical albums that include renditions of pieces the likes of Bach & others, his own acoustic guitar compositions have gained the admiration of many and his ambitious guitar/ orchestra albums such as A Midsummer Night's Dream, recorded with the Royal Philharmonic have done the same. After Genesis, Steve embarked on his solo career pushing musical boundaries into exciting areas, inventing new sounds and also techniques such as 'tapping'. His solo career went from strength to strength and the mid eighties not only saw the hit single Cell 151, but also the Steve Hackett and Steve Howe supergroup GTR, highly successful in America. After GTR Steve worked further with many renowned musicians such as Paul Carrick, Bonny Tyler, Chris Squier, John Wetton and Brian May, the latter of who has credited Steve as an early influence. His influence can also be heard through players such as Alex Lifeson, Eddie Van Halen and others. Steve's solo albums and projects have always possessed a high level of sophistication, along with an ever-present powerful dynamic. Steve's live electric gigs take his fans on an extraordinary journey drawn from a rich musical heritage. Perennial Genesis favorites sit alongside solo classics, while more recent solo material is also included, demonstrating that Steve is an artist still at the very top of his game who is always looking and moving forward.
