Jake Cronenworth powers Padres to series win vs...
Reaction to the Padres series win vs. the Reds. The losing streak increased to five games on Monday night, as San Diego was dominated by Nick Lodolo. Yu Darvish returned on Tuesday and the offense gave him some run support. Mike Shildt made a courageous decision in game two that led to a big inning. Joe Musgrove bounced back in the series finale before Jake Cronenworth hit a much-needed granny for the win. Oh and Brian Kenny might be insane.

Reaction to the Padres series disappointing series vs. the Phillies at Petco Park. Joe Musgrove hasn't looked very good this season and he took the Padres out of the game in the series opener. Manny Machado is back and not just in the lineup but at the hot corner as well.
