Padres season ends in NLDS Game 5 loss at Dodge...
Reaction to the Padres Game 5 loss vs. the Dodgers in LA. Yu Darvish pitched further than most probably expected and really only made two big mistakes tonight. The problem was they both were homers. The Padres though got plenty of pitches in the middle of the zone and didn't do anything with them.

Padres smoked by Dodgers in Game 4 | 647
Reaction to the Padres Game 4 loss vs. the Dodgers. Dylan Cease only lasted five outs and Bryan Hoeing wasn't on his A game either. The offense was close to scoring a couple times but it was clearly not their night. How do we feel heading into Game 5 on Friday night?

Reaction to the Padres Game 3 win vs. the Dodgers in San Diego. The crowd was LOUD tonight and the Padres rewarded them with the win. Manny Machado, Jackson Merrill, David Peralta and Fernando Tatis Jr. starred offensively as the lineup scored six runs--all of them were needed. A grand slam made things interesting the rest of the way but the bullpen came up huge! Who's starting Game 4 Wednesday night?

Padres don't catch Dodgers for NL West title | 638
Reaction to the Padres final regular season series vs. the Dodgers this year. They had a shot at controlling their own destiny but that went away once they dropped game two a night after clinching a playoff spot. Joe Musgrove took the ball in the rubber game and was great through six but then he and Tanner Scott weren't great in the 7th, which helped LA clinch the division. Plus, an update on the playoff picture and Fernando Tatis Jr. went on Mookie Betts' show on Thursday in what felt like a weird interview considering the time we're at in the season.
