Anthrax's Scott Ian is okay with the use of backing tracks during live shows. Corey Taylor blasted bands who rely heavily on backing tracks, saying that it takes away from the live experience. Metallica launched their official podcast, "The Metallica Report." Mötley Crüe's Nikki Sixx said that the band is in the "we-don't-give-a-f***" phase of their career.
