February 13, 2023 - <br /><br />Season 13, Episode 85 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Monday show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about Super Bowl LVII that was played Sunday night and ended with the Kansas City Chiefs beating the Philadelphia Eagles.<br /><br />We go over the key plays from the big Sunday night game and that includes the controversial holding penalty on Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster late in the contest. We talk field conditions in Super Bowl LVII and more as part of our recap of the big game.<br /><br />Should the new push-from-behind-style quarterback sneak play be eliminated from the NFL game? Alex and I have a quick discussion about that topic. We also discuss Smith-Schuster betting on himself in 2022 and it paying off for him.<br /><br />Alex and I look at the early Super Bowl LVIII odds for the Pittsburgh Steelers and if they are fair. We also talk about if we learned anything from Super Bowl LVII Sunday night when it comes to the 2023 Steelers' efforts.<br /><br />The contract of Steelers cornerback Cameron Sutton will void on Friday, so we clear up the misinformation about that based on what Sports Illustrated is reporting.<br /><br />Should Clemson defensive tackle Bryan Bresee be a serious consideration for the Steelers early in the 2023 NFL Draft? February 10, 2023 - <br /><br />Season 13, Episode 84 of The Terrible Podcast is now in the can. In this Friday show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the Friday allegations concerning Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson allegedly punching quarterback Mitch Trubisky prior to the team's Week 4 game against the New York Jets. Those comments came from a CBS Sports Radio segment from Radio Row at the Super Bowl. Johnson has already denied the allegation, which we believe to be unfounded and thus false.<br /><br />The 2022 NFL Honors program took place Thursday night so Alex and I address everything Steelers related from that. We talk about Steelers defensive tackle Cameron Heyward failing to once again win the Walter Payton Man of the Year award and more.<br /><br />Heyward and Steelers outside linebacker T.J. Watt have both been busy doing interviews this past week ahead of the Super Bowl so Alex and I quickly recap the main takeaways from all of them.<br /><br />Alex and I then move on to welcome site contributors Jonathan Heitritter, Tyler Wise, and Ross McCorkle to the show after they spent the last week in Mobile, AL covering the 2023 Senior Bowl week. We all have a solid hour roundtable discussion and it includes the five of us talking about the Senior Bowl practices, player media sessions and the Saturday game. Alex and I make sure to answer that question early in this Friday show.<br /><br />Steelers team president Art Rooney II started his annual media rounds on Thursday with three separate interviews so Alex and I go over the several main talking points to come out of those.
