Petito’s boyfriend Brian Laundrie is a person of interest in her disappearance but has not yet been named a suspect in her death investigation. Although Blue made reference to domestic violence in his press conference. Brian Laundrie has been missing since September 13, two days after Petito was reported missing. He returned to his Florida home on September 1 without Petito, but with the converted camper van the couple had been traveling in on their cross-country road trip. This new information comes as a former medical examiner says the FBI's decision to keep possession of Gabby Petito's remains and failure to release the cause of death is unusual. Surveillance photos show the mother of teen murder suspect Aiden Fucci washing his clothes the day Tristyn Bailey was murdered. Crystal Smith was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence in connection to the 18-year-old's death. Fucci, 14, has been charged with Bailey’s Mother’s Day murder. Investigators believe he stabbed Bailey 114 times.
