Jump Start Your Fall Time Management Routine wi...

Soon it will be back to school and with that more activities to manage. Do you need a simple solution that will help you manage your life? Tune is as Amela Unsworth of COOSHA, LLC share how COOSHA can help you and your family better manage your time and life.

Amela Unsworth strongly believes that our paths in life can take us on some amazing journeys that lead us to where we need to be. A busy household with a husband who works 80 hours a week, kids in soccer, swimming, school, plus play dates, doctor appointments and non-traditional work hours can be chaotic and hard to manage. Never mind finding time for yourself and your life partner. I struggled for years to find a balance between being a mother, a wife and a mompreneur without neglecting my family. How does one manage it all and still succeed? Well, that question led me, at last, to the path I am to follow. After using various organizational apps that didn’t quite help me manage family, work and social life, I decided to take on another challenge and design my own ‘life organizer’ to help me stay on track of my chaotic lifestyle. COOSHA Calendar lets users coordinate and share with the important people in their lives in a unique way that is practical. I was excited to finally have a career path that I am truly passionate about. I have my amazing supportive husband to thank who works so hard each week to support our family and my passion. I cannot forget to thank my beautiful mother who has always been an inspiration to me and a wonderful grandmother my children love and adore so much.

I want my children to grow up knowing that they can be whoever they want to be, no matter how long it takes. To enjoy their journey in life and to never give up on their dreams. Be happy, be thankful and always remember that families working together can help you achieve anything.

Check out my organizing shop on Amazon which has products to help organize your home and life.
--- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/janetmtaylor/message

Organized To Live Your Best Life
As you embrace 50 are your wondering what to expect? Are you ready to break those traditional rules and live the life you want? Tune in as Adeline Heng, author of Doing Good and Doing Well joins us to share how we can embrace life after 50 and celebrate the new season in our life. Adeline Heng, 50, exercises twice a week with a group of younger ladies. While they go breathless, she eases effortlessly from low impact stretches to active cardio workouts. She demonstrates that age is just a number, the rest are excuses! When most women keep a low profile of their ages, she bravely inspires others to break the rules and be the best version of themselves, regardless of age. Her metaphor for life is the transformation of the caterpillar. Challenges are life’s ways of building a person up, to be resilient and adaptive. Happiness is an inside job and everyone has the capacity to be so. Those who aren’t, simply need to unlock the door to everlasting happiness. That’s why she took up certification in MAP (Manifesting All Possibilities). Adeline’s passion is guiding her clients with MAP to discover ways to improve, both mentally and physically. The result of such growth means more fulfilment and less pain in life. She guides women who feel lost at the crossroads of life. Want a FREE audio book? Go to Audible.com and you can get one.
