PFRS, or, Plan Fail Recover Succeed, is an idea that, the course to true success nearly always entails failure and recovery from said failure. In each episode i will discuss various occasions in my life where I bare witness to the trials of others. I will also be interviewing individuals at length about their lives and successes in their particular fields. Along side the original show host Erik Dahl and co-host Mat Waer from Max Effort Kitchen, have build the Kilo Chasers: Raw Cut show. The Raw Cut brings another angle to old weightlifting philosophies and brainstorm new tactics in becoming the best on and off the platform.
