There's a lot more than meets the eye in the Sheriff's Department. This month, Beltrami County Sheriff Jason Riggs brought in Sgt. Trish Grimsley to discuss the Courthouse Crew. They deal with court security and inmate transport. It's a very complicated job and we learn all about it on today's Chatpod.

Pediatrician Dr. Ashley Huerd of Sanford Health in Bemidji discussed the importance of well child check ups and why they need to continue throughout the childhood. She also discussed how children often are suffering from anxiety and depression but do an excellent job of hiding it from their parents.
