Wilfredo Lara tore up Florida this year, Vito and Jon got a chance to sit down and speak with him at the Mets minor league facility in Port St. Lucie. Florida. Lara talks about his inspirations, his family, his goals for next season and much more!

The Rumble Ponies playoff run is almost here and luckily you have Jon and Vito to walk you through what to expect!

Acquired in the Mets deadline deal for David Robertson, Ronald Hernandez had been playing the Mets quite about being in complex league play vs the FCL Mets.
