Ethical Goddesses with Sarah Bryanne Grady
My next guest was recommended to me by another guest and I am beyond grateful for this connection. When I checked out who she was and what she did and sensed her energy, I knew this was going to be a conversation that we were both looking forward to. Sarah Bryanne Grady is a holistic birth and postpartum doula, a former psychotherapist, yogi and theatre artist. Based in North Carolina, Sarah has started her 7 Sacraments of the Goddess workshops that came to her through Mary Magdalene. The sacraments are all about women returning to their inherent worth and releasing the core wounds of patriarchy that prevent us from living our fullest lives. Each Sacrament is a rite of passage explored through embodied techniques, drawing upon the breath, dance, yoga, and even therapeutic theatre tools. Working in an embodied way allows the concepts of each sacrament to be metabolized in your system so they become grounded into your physical and practical lives. The energy in this conversation was truly electric despite the distance between us and we are both now glad to have met another soul sister. Enjoy this deep yet high energy exploration of women as Queens and Goddesses. This podcast is brought to you by http://www.ethicalchangeagency.com (Ethical Change Agency).

Ethical Voice of Miracles with Neda Boin
I came across my next guest on Instagram at a time that I really needed her to show up and the series of events that followed from that moment were all thanks to the divine guidance of the universe. When I reached out to her to let her know how her message had reached me as intended, she agreed to be a guest which thrilled me. When she sent me her mini documentary on Youtube, I cried from beginning to end and knew again that we were both exactly where we were meant to be. Neda Boin is a heart touching singer and songwriter, voice liberator, A Course in Miracles teacher and one amazing human being. Based in The Netherlands, she has been a contestant on The Voice in Holland, making it to the final 8 and has since written an album channelled through spirit based on A Course in Miracles called The Light Has Come. She shares the universal language and power of music through giving songwriting workshops in juvenile prisons in Holland and the USA. Through teaching A Course in Miracles to inmates she has seen those prisoners find their freedom while still being imprisoned. This is a truly special episode which I hope you enjoy - make sure you stick around to the very end where Neda performs her title track The Light Has Come and I am moved to tears. Ethical Peak Performance with Justin Atherton
I found my next guest in a Facebook conversation where he asked if anyone wanted to talk to a former Detective and S.W.A.T. Team Breacher on a podcast. The conversation we had was far different than I had expected - full of laughter and powerful messages about emotions and how to be a better human. Ethical Consciousness with Betty J Kovacs
When I stumbled across my next guest, I knew that it was yet another example of how there are no coincidences and I think on some levels I will be hard pushed to find a greater spiritual alignment in these discussions. She taught Literature, Writing, and Symbolic/Mythic Language for twenty-five years. Ethical Sex & Intimacy with Dr Lori Beth Bisbey
It’s often underestimated how much sex and intimacy play a part in the foundation of who we are and how we function. Countless people experience trauma, abuse, dysmorphia, a lack of acceptance for themselves, their bodies and who they are. There’s an embedded shame and fear that if we speak about sex and intimacy that we will be judged and that what we might be experiencing is wrong and embarrassing. The truth is that we are not alone and in this episode Dr Lori Beth Bisbey is on a mission to bring the discussions about sex and intimacy out of the darkness and into the light. There are no boundaries, no judgement, no limitations in working with Dr Lori Beth as a psychologist and sex and intimacy coach based in the UK. Since 1987, she has been helping individuals, couples and poly groups explore sexuality, recreate a healthy sexual identity after trauma, as well as deepen their awareness and understanding about intimacy and relationships. There’s something empowering and freeing when these conversations come out of the dark and into the light, so I hope you find the courage to do the same regardless of your sexuality. Music as a healer
Anyone who knows me knows that music and sound is a large part of my life - from my childhood desire to play any possible musical instrument I could to producing and publishing my own music, to now founding the Ethical Change Agency which is centred around a recording studio for podcasting and music production. In recent years, my healing journey led me to Amanda Mackay who is a Sound Healer who helps strip away inherited beliefs and helps you get to the core of who you really are and to express that. My work with Amanda has changed who I am for the better and driven me to tap into my greater purpose here and make an impact. I received a medium message from a higher power to deliver the concept of this episode and my intuition directed who needed to be a part of this conversation. It was a no brainer when it became clear that my newly found soul sister Dr Ronaye Calvert had to be a part of this powerful panel. Her insights from a clinical perspective and connection with spirit and passion make this circle of connection a perfect fit. I hope you can feel the energy and passion in this conversation and how this helps to raise awareness on your choices in healing and how deeply your life can change. Ethical Nature with Deb Matlock
When I stumbled across my next guest I had equal measures of intrigue and curiosity and knew we definitely had to chat. Deb Matlock is a Shamanic Spirit Guide and Animal Communicator and guides people on their life and spiritual journey using nature and nurture. Deb is based in Colorado USA and is deeply involved in environmental education. My dogs Lola and Louie happened to be a part of this episode and were in the studio - so no doubt you’ll hear them in the background but Lola made an appearance, saying Hi to Deb - she is no stranger to a zoom call and just looked directly at her at the screen. I found my time with Deb so nourishing, like a big warm hug so I hope you pick up on some of that too. This podcast is brought to you by http://www.ethicalchangeagency.com (Ethical Change Agency).

Words don’t often fail me but on reflection in this episode there are no words to describe what happened here. I found my next guest in a long list of suggested guests and she stood out to me as being someone I was compelled to speak to - like the universe guided me straight to her. Ethical Empowerment in Fitness with Jackie Faye
My next guest was recommended to me by another guest and I can totally understand why. A former journalist and teacher turned activist and entrepreneur, for the past five years Jackie Faye has been working in a conflict zone. She is the founder of She Can Tri. She Can Tri started on the basis of using sports as a vehicle for social change. To launch the organization she became the first woman to do six IRONMANs on six continents within one year. She Can Tri's model is pretty simple. Women who participate in sports often become leaders. Leaders, from business to politics to the military, shape the world in which we live. She wanted to not just empower women who looked like her and were easy to reach, but she wanted to reach the women who needed it the most and thought if she could train women in Afghanistan then she could train women anywhere. Jackie’s mission is to help empower women who have been oppressed through training in physical fitness - something for many of them they have never had the opportunity to ever do in their lives. Get set to be inspired by Jackie’s tenacity and will to create collective change for women who need it the most. Alexi Bracey is a Thriving as you age Coach based in Toronto, Canada. Alexi's cancer diagnosis saved her life because of her tenacity and determination. She has spent the last 20 years, learning all she could about health nutritionally, emotionally and environmentally. A recent trip to a nursing home changed her direction when she saw firsthand the devastating effects of dementia on some of the residents: no eye contact, no interaction, cutting up their food, feeding them. Even more shocking was that some of the residents were younger than Alexi. Today, she educates people that dementia can be prevented, stopped, and in some cases reversed. In our discussion we talk about ageing and retirement and how our attitudes and language need to change, along with the food and care provided for the elderley. Ethical Race with Rev. Sheree Taylor-Jones & Ra...
When I recently found myself going down a media rabbit hole surrounding the death of George Floyd during an arrest in the USA and the subsequent global riots, protests and solidarity around the Black Lives Matter movement - I could feel the energy of a generation of pain. I wondered what I could do to help spark a collective change in consciousness that could make us question our beliefs, mindset and bias we unknowingly carry and most of all - wake us up - this is the first step. Two amazing women came to mind and if you’re a regular listener to The Ethical Evolution Podcast, you would have heard them both previously. Rev Sheree Taylor-Jones and Raushawna Price both live in the USA - on opposite sides of the country, they both experienced growing up black in America and do amazing work in the world when it comes to adult bullying, beliefs, thought patterns and mindset.
