Sean grew up playing lots of sports and is indebted to an inspirational coach from the age of 11 who had the ability to make him feel good about his game something he has always taken forward with him to the present day. Currently he is directly involved in providing opportunity for kids from all backgrounds in his home county of Cornwall to play cricket through his work with RR Academy in particular.

Tony grew up as a child in the North East of England loving many sports of which cricket was one. He found having played cricket at Percy Main since the age of 12 the once into coaching as a natural step forward and has never looked back. Ian took on the role of a junior section re-build and has helped the club juniors grow from just 6 members to over 90 in less than ten years. He and his colleagues have done a tremendous job in nurturing the juniors from such a small base and in his talk he explains how they have done it.

Kevin first started coaching club cricketers at the age of 18 having had a great experience as a junior club cricketer himself. He has had experience of playing in Australia and doing a degree in Sport and Psych all of which fuelled his fire for developing himself more as a coach. Dinesha is a pioneering female cricket coach operating in the field of High Performance in South Africa where she is the first female to coach the Cricket SA U19 High Performance Team. In this episode we hear how Dinesha first got involved with coaching in Primary Schools and how she has progressed her coaching over the years. David is a Sports Psychologist who helps junior athletes develop their mental toughness to perform better under pressure. Many of his clients are junior cricketers who come to David looking for help across three main areas: 1. Perfectionism, 2. Social Approval and 3. Self-Esteem.

Chris Green is a former Primary School PE lead. He is now the lead cricket coach for girls at Hythe CC in Kent and he also is an Area Program Coach for Kent Cricket Board where he supports the development of U11-13 boys and girls.

Peter Kirsten is the former South African and Derbyshire county cricketer who since his retirement has coached kids all across the continent of Africa. In this episode Peter shares some of his stories and experiences of coaching kids in Africa and provides wonderful insight into his own coaching philosophy and value system.
