I got into an online battle with Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., who said that I should be red-flagged and am a good example of why we need those laws that take firearms away from law-abiding citizens. Why? It's because I told him that I would fight against a tyrannical government that would seek to violate its own charter and the Constitution of the United States. He wasn't having it and showed me firsthand how certain prominent Democrats would usurp power from citizens if elected to office.
